0.25 cup butter, cut into cubes
3 tbs. flour
1.5 cups milk
450 grams grated cheddar cheese
Apple slices for dipping
Instructions
Melt butter over low heat in small pot.
Add flour.
Whisk well.
Slowly add milk.
When warm, add cheese a bit at a time, stirring till melted.
Served with apple slices.
Makes 4-6 snacks.
