This comic strip makes me laugh. Because I actually think like him, not the part about being doctor. Is the part that “I love mankind! It’s people I can’t stand!”
When I was younger, I might have written an essay about my ambition is to be a nurse because that was easier to write … but I have never thought about being a doctor. What I thought of was to be a forensic pathologist though. That shows how much I can’t stand people because I rather “operate” on dead corpses. That and the fact I used to read too much detective stories and that I actually tend to choose the path least taken… (other than the glamour you find on those TV shows, I don’t think many people would like to be a coroner). Afterall you need to be well versed in Law and Medicine for this specialisation.
And please don’t ask me to sit …

haha actually I have considered doing 法醫學 before cos can somehow help the dead speak or 為他們伸張正義,使無辜的人能夠沉冤得雪。 =]
well but in the end I still never choose it becos this profession requires someone with a super optimistic character, just like oncology and geriatrics where you are confronted with death almost everyday. Hmm so I guess, pediatrics or family medicine is more suitable for me =p
