Above you, there are thousands of fireflies-like thoughts, some are happy thoughts, some are sad thoughts, some are thought-provoking thoughts, some are fairy-tale thoughts. So which thoughts will you be having today?
XX asked me for my comments and I replied the Reply was comical... and that it is indeed true to be quite duh to explain.. but XX persisted to ask about the findings and thus I gave him my professional answer:
1) The data sample was taken only from Orchard Road so are these ladies Singaporeans?
2) And if they are Singaporean, can they represent the entire island ladies.
Anyway my conclusion is if your looks = CMI, no amount of money will ever increase it.
BUT if you believe that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, you ought to know that seriously, there is no ugly being (I remember the anime I watched recently Itazura na Kiss イタズラな, the lady protagonist, her friends.. and yours truly find the guy protagonist handsome. But the foreign lady found the lady protagonist's suitor handsome.. so seriously beauty is subjective).
So where does money play a part? Well with money, you can beautify yourself.. and you will feel more confident of yourself. And whichever gender you belong, the ones with self-confidence exude the most charm.. and well charm equates to sex appeal in proportionality sense..
So I am not sure how the survey was conducted but unless they were forced to re-rate the same photo again this time with the salary tag and their rating increased.. else whichever way I see it, a confident man (who believes he is well-to-do regardless whether he really is well-to-do) is a charming man.
I'm not responding to the materialistic part I know.. but haha.. is for you to decide if Singaporean ladies are materialistic lot. Are you?
I miss Irie Kun.. where can I find him...
