I love musicals. So it comes as no surprise that I will like the feel this show gives me even though it has a boring storyline.

Just another story about a couple who wishes to venture new grounds. One is the son of a basketball coach and who has been "labeled" to play basketball ONLY since young. The other is an intelligent chemist I supposed. And a chance encounter made them want to sign up to be the leads for a school musical. Something which their classmate vehemently disagree because their classmate do not believe in multi-talents. A basketball player should only play basketball and nothing else. That is their thinking. Very stereotyping thinking I suppose. So the 2 protagonist tried to prove them wrong and it ended happily with them excelling both in their domains (Basketball and Chemistry Decathlon) and in clinching the role in the musicals.

The very first song that they sung that gave me a nice feel was Start of Something New. Somehow like a new beginning. Because of this song, I actually continued watching...

The next song that I wanted to know the lyrics is Stick To The Status Quo. It is the lyrics that attract my attention more. Because it was telling one to stick to doing the things they do best. A basketball player should never sing or bake. A skater should not be play the cello. A studious girl should never do hip hop.

Gosh, I doubt I will be able to survie if I had been in that school.
