- 韧性 : No matter how adverse the situation, you are able to recover because of your toughness.

- 幸福感 : Always believe you are blissful. Always count your blessings.

- 情绪管理 : Never be a emotion controlled person. Somene was telling me that she has a friend who has mood swings easily. That is so scary. Imagine you were shopping with her, and the next moment she disappeared, giving you a call saying that she is ok and does not want to shop already. I think I will be scared stiff by her actions.

- 社会责任 : Be responsible to the society out of your own will and not because here is a Fine country.
